Membership Questionnaire
Men and women should complete the questionnaire below. Men will be contacted by matchmaker Linda Littman within a week to schedule a consultation. For each of our male clients, women are shortlisted based on the basic information collected below and may be contacted for a brief interview to determine if they may be appropriate for an introduction. There are no matchmaking contracts or introduction fees for female members. You must be at least 21 years of age to participate.

All information provided by you will remain confidential. Inner Circle will not share your information directly with anyone except Inner Circle Social Collective employees to the extent necessary to provide quality matchmaking services. Use of Cookies

Selection of Event Participants

When registering to utilize the Inner Circle Social Collective LLC services, participants are asked to complete a personal questionnaire. Inner Circle Social Collective LLC will utilize its judgment to best match individuals for Inner Circle Social Collective LLC events. However, not all criteria may be utilized when planning a particular event, and Inner Circle Social Collective LLC assumes no liability whatsoever for the selection or non-selection of any user to participate in any particular event. Each user/participant of the Inner Circle Social Collective LLC services hereby waives, releases and discharges any liability on the part of Inner Circle Social Collective LLC with respect to the selection or non-selection of that user/participant, or any other event participants, for any particular events.





Cancellation Policy

Inner Circle Social Collective LLC reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or decline to schedule any individual for any event sponsored by or affiliated with Inner Circle Social Collective LLC for any reason, and Inner Circle Social Collective LLC shall incur no liability in connection therewith, except that Inner Circle Social Collective LLC shall refund any "set up" fees paid to Inner Circle Social Collective LLC if Inner Circle Social Collective LLC does cancel any such events.



Cancellations may be made and the arrangement fee will not be charged or will be refunded if you cancel by phone or email prior to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the event (unless otherwise specified in a reservation confirmation email message).

If you fail to cancel your reservation prior to 48 hours before the scheduled event start time, or do not show up for a confirmed event, you will forfeit your TOTAL arrangement fee. If a member repeatedly cancels after being confirmed for events, Inner Circle Social Collective LLC reserves the right to remove the client from the database.





Declaration of Eligibility

Each member, user and/or participant declares that he/she is currently single, at least 21 years of age and has a valid email address. By accepting these "Terms of Service" and completing the membership questionnaire, each member, user and/or participant hereby declares that he/she is eligible to participate in the Inner Circle Social Collective LLC services. Each member, user and/or participant agrees that Inner Circle Social Collective LLC shall have no liability whatsoever for false or inaccurate information provided in any questionnaire or interview.





Publicity Release - Consent to Use Likeness and Name

Upon specific request by Inner Circle Social Collective LLC, members, users and participants of the Inner Circle Social Collective LLC services agree to allow Inner Circle Social Collective LLC to utilize their first name and potentially their likeness in advertising, promotions and testimonials about Inner Circle Social Collective LLC services. Each member, user and/or participant agrees that he/she is not entitled to receive any kind of payment or remuneration from Inner Circle Social Collective LLC for such usage. Each member, user and/or participant further waives any rights that he/she may have to inspect or approve of the finished product or the testimonials, advertising or promotion that may be used in connection therewith, or the use to which it is applied so long as such usage is not defamatory. Each member, user and/or participant hereby releases and discharges any and all photographers, or others capturing his/her likeness, and his/her grantees, successors and assigns, and all persons acting under his/her permission or authority, from any and all liability by virtue of any blurring, damage, or distortion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur, or be produced in the taking of pictures, or in any processing tending toward the completion of the finished product.
